See this dirty little boy? He was laying down in the sand at Cherry Creek digging for potato bugs. Which is a few steps away from his first comment to Grandma when he stepped out of the truck upon arriving. He said, "Grandma, do you have somewhere I can wash my hands? They are dirty. And my flip flops are really dirty!" I had to break it to the kid - you are going to be dirty for the next 4 days, so enjoy! The top picture is Carter holding a lizard he caught. It is the biggest one we have ever seen down there! The kids caught so many lizards. They were all over this year.
